How Chamet agency registration works
Registration is completed on Chamet’s own page. Just follow these six simple steps in order. The whole process usually takes around five minutes.
Open the registration page
Go to Chamet's agency registration page. Opening it through this link connects your new agency to Connect for support.
Enter your mobile number
Enter the mobile number you want to use for your agency account. Choose a number you can access easily.
Request the verification code
Tap Send. You will receive a verification code on WhatsApp or by text message, usually within a minute.
Enter the code and set a password
Enter the code and create a password for your account. Keep the password somewhere safe so you can easily log in later
Register and log in
Tap Register, then log in to the Chamet agency dashboard. Once you are logged in, you will see your Agent ID.

How host registration works
Once your agency is verified, you can start adding hosts to your team. Hosts need to be invited through your agency dashboard. You cannot add someone from outside the dashboard, so make sure you follow the steps in the correct order.
Send the invitation from your dashboard
Open the host invitation link from your agency dashboard and share it with the person joining your team. Make sure they use this link so the host account can be connected to your agency.
They verify a phone number or email address
The host opens the invitation link and verifies their mobile number or email using the one-time code they receive.
They download the app
Hosts in India use Chill Chat, while hosts in other countries use Chamet. The app they use depends on their location.
They log in with the verified details
The host should log in using the same mobile number or email they verified in the previous step. Using different details can create a separate account that may not be linked to your agency.
They complete face verification
The host completes the face verification inside the app. This is part of Chamet's identity verification process and helps confirm the host's identity and age. The account may not be fully active until verification is completed.
Your responsibility as the agency: Every host you invite must be 18 years or older and complete face verification using their own identity. Shared accounts or registering an account for someone else are not allowed.
Your hosts must also follow Chamet's community guidelines while streaming. If a host breaks the platform's rules, Chamet may remove the host and may also take action against the agency.
Setting up MetWallet
MetWallet is a wallet in the Chamet app where your earnings (money) are received. You need to set it up first so you can withdraw your money later. If you set it up early, you will not face any problems in the future.
Agent (agency) earnings and host earnings go into separate MetWallet accounts.
Part one: create the wallet inside the app
When creating your MetWallet, use the same mobile number and password that you used for your agency account. This helps connect your wallet to the correct account and avoids any mistakes.
Log in to the app
Open Chill Chat or Chamet and log in using the same mobile number and password you used for your agency registration.
Open the wallet
Go to Profile → Beans → Withdraw → MetWallet.
Enter your email
Select the email option and enter an email address you can access right away. You'll receive a verification code on it.
Confirm the code and set a password
Enter the code you received by email. Then create and confirm your wallet password and tap Authorize.
Your MetWallet is now created and linked to your account.
Part two: Verify the wallet on MetWallet's website
Creating your MetWallet is only the first step. You also need to verify it on MetWallet's website. The verification process is completed in three simple steps.
Log in to MetWallet
Go to the MetWallet website and log in using the email address and password you created earlier.
Complete basic verification
Enter your full name, date of birth, and address. Make sure these details match your identity document to avoid verification issues.
Upload your ID — Front
Upload a clear photo of the front side of your government-issued identity document.
Upload your ID - Back
Upload a clear photo of the back side of the same document.
Once your verification is approved, your MetWallet will be fully verified, and you can use it for withdrawals.
Where your documents go: Your identity documents should only be uploaded on MetWallet's official website. Never send them to Connect or upload them through this page.
We will never ask you to send your ID document, password, or verification code through WhatsApp or email. If someone asks for these details, do not share them.
Also, keep your MetWallet password different from your agency password for better account security.

Is there any fee to register?
No. Registering as a Chamet agency partner is free, and Connect does not charge for onboarding or support. If anyone asks you for a joining fee, deposit, or training payment in our name, do not pay it message us and we will confirm.
Am I employed by Chamet or by Connect?
Neither. You register your own independent agency account. There is no salary, no contract of employment, and no fixed hours. You decide how much you do and when.
How does agency payment work?
Chamet pays agencies based on the activity of the hosts on their team, following Chamet's published agency terms. The rates are set by Chamet, not by us, and we go through the current numbers with you during onboarding. What you receive depends entirely on your team's activity, and nothing is guaranteed.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Most people register with no background in this. What matters more is being able to find and keep in touch with hosts, and being consistent with them. We cover the platform side.
How long does verification take?
It varies. Once you send us your Agent ID we usually confirm the same day, and we tell you if Chamet needs anything further from you.
What is Chamet?
Chamet is a live video chat application where users talk with hosts by video chat and text. Hosts join through an agency, and the agency handles their onboarding and day-to-day support.
Is Chill Chat the same as Chamet?
Yes. In India the application is listed on the Play Store as Chill Chat, while the agency side still runs under the Chamet name. It is one platform, one agency dashboard, and one registration the steps on this page apply either way. If you searched for Chill Chat agency registration, you are in the right place.
Can I register hosts before my agency is verified?
No. The host invitation link only appears inside a working agency dashboard, so your own registration has to be finished first. Get your Agent ID verified with us, then start inviting.
Can I take on a host who is already with another agency?
No. Chamet does not allow hosts to be moved between agencies, and attempting it can get both accounts penalised. A host already registered under someone else has to stay there.
Do I have to set up MetWallet straight away?
You can register your agency without it, but nothing can be withdrawn until MetWallet is created, linked, and verified. Verification can take a few days, so it is better to finish it in your first week than to wait until you need it.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
Yes. MetWallet sets a minimum, currently ten United States dollars. The amount and the processing times are set by the platform, not by us, and can change.
Which countries can register?
Chamet accepts agencies from many countries. If you are unsure about yours, message us before you start and we will check.
I already have an agency account. Can I still get support?
If your account is registered under another agency partner we cannot take it over that is set at registration. Message us anyway and we will tell you honestly what your options are.
